Terms and Conditions & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

A  deposit equivalent to the first night’s charge is required on booking.

If you have to cancel, having made a confirmed booking, please remember that a contract exists between you and Aylworth Manor.  We will try to re-let your cancelled accommodation but your deposit will not normally be refunded because of the administrative costs of making the booking and the re-letting.  It is our policy that, should the accommodation not be re-let, you are liable to 30% of the total charges if you cancel within 28 days of the sart of your cisit, 60% within 13 days and 80% if you cancel within 48 hours.

Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time in the event of the owners’ personal circumstances making this necessary.  In the event of such a cancellation the deposit will be refunded in full.

As a private family home the house will be closed to guests between 10.30am and 4.00pm.
