Terms and Conditions & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

A  deposit equivalent to the first night’s charge is required on booking.

If you have to cancel, having made a confirmed booking, please remember that a contract exists between you and Aylworth Manor.  We will try to re-let your cancelled accommodation but your deposit will not normally be refunded because of the administrative costs of making the booking and the re-letting.  It is our policy that, should the accommodation not be re-let, you are liable to 25% of the total charges if you cancel within 28 days of the start of your visit, 60% within 13 days and 80% if you cancel within 48 hours.

Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time in the event of the owners’ personal circumstances making this necessary.  In the event of such a cancellation the deposit will be refunded in full.

As a private family home the house will be closed to guests between 10.30am and 4.00pm.

If you have to cancel your booking because you are unable to stay with us or we are unable to accommodate you because of Government Regulations due to Covid-19 we will give you a full refund.
