Aylworth Manor Cancellation policy
If you have to cancel your booking because you are unable to stay with us or we are unable to accommodate you because of Government Regulations due to Covid-19 we will give you a full refund.
If you have to cancel please remember that a contract exists between you and Aylworth Manor. We will try to re-let your cancelled accommodation but a charge of £20 will not normally be refunded because of the administrative costs of making the booking and the re-letting.
It is our policy that, should the accommodation not be re-let, you are liable to 30% of the total charges if you cancel within 28 days of the start of your visit, 60% within 13 days and 80% if you cancel within 48 hours.
